Every year Toys R Us sends the kids a birthday card with a gc for this special treat. They get to walk around the store with this get-up and get to hear their name on the PA, plus every employee (& customer that wants to) wishes them a Happy Birthday. It makes them feel special as they walk around drooling over the latest toys and video games.
